Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that variation orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting key project activities. You will work closely with consultants and the contract management team to review, verify, and manage various project documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check consultants’ inputs of project details in variation order forms.

  • Verify consultants' submissions against an established checklist to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of all variation orders received from consultants.
