Stage 1 of The Works will deliver 179 modern apartments across five buildings, seamlessly blending cutting edge design with the site's industrial heritage. Currently in the early works and procurement phase, we're finalising key trade packages and have commenced work onsite, an exciting time to come on board and help bring this vision to life.
