Contract Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer commercial contracts, including:
  • Power purchase and sale agreements (PPAs) for the regulated (ACR) and free (ACL) markets including Balcão Brasileiro de Comercialização de Energia (BBCE)contratos padrão de compra e venda de energia elétrica
  • CCEE adhesion contracts and trading agreements
  • Non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality agreements
  • Other power marketing and trading agreements as required
• Coordinate the review and approval process of agreements amongst Legal, Credit and Front Office teams, ensuring proper execution and compliance with Brazilian regulatory requirements
• Manage contract entry into the Contract Management system, ensuring accurate data capture and regulatory compliance reporting
