Contract Analyst

Highly responsible work in the review, analysis, and formulation of formal written contractual agreements, quality assurance of Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), and monitoring contracts. Responsible for ensuring the County's NOFO, contractual procedures (administrative, management, operational, monitoring, and informational systems) are functioning to ensure maximum effective and efficient control of governmental contracts in accordance with current federal/state/County laws and regulations. Work involves the review and analysis of the contractual operation of Department divisions/sections and agencies under the control of the Board of County Commissioners. Work includes monitoring administration and management of contractual policies and procedures, NOFOs, and other human services-related procurements initiated by the Department to ensure compliance with such policies and procedures.
