Contract and Compliance Professional

Nityo Infotech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our growing legal and compliance team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in contract review, drafting, and documentation, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Finance. Knowledge of European immigration laws or exposure to mobility/visa processes will be considered a strong advantage.

- Review, draft, and modify a wide range of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, and service-level contracts.
