Job Title: Contract and Project Setup Associate

Position Summary

The individual in this position will assist in setting up and maintaining client projects in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting system. This includes analyzing and interpreting client terms to ensure client projects are accurately set up in a timely manner.

Job Duties

  • Analyze executed client contracts to determine completeness; set up the client projects in ACA’s client relationship management and accounting systems to drive accurate project billing.
  • Collaborate with the ACA sales team to ensure sales opportunities have been accurately created and closed in ACA’s client relationship management based on executed client contracts and ensure that all executed client contracts are mapped to a sales opportunity and Deltek, ACA’s system of record for projects.
