Job Description
Our client, a global mindset organization, is in need of a US admitted litigation attorney to fill in on a leave replacement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a litigation-based practice and also will have employment litigation experience. The schedule can be remote or hybrid to start if in the NY Metro area. The hours are expected to be approximately 20 per week with flexibility for less to start when training with the person going on leave and then will increase to 20 hours or more on a moving basis. The projected duration is 5-6 months.
Pay is $90-125/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities: Research, writing, preparing of litigation related materials Reviewing employment agreements Working with the HR/People team on legal issues Handling contract disputes and other litigation matters Reaching out to outside counsel when necessary
Required Qualifications: Experience with research, writing, preparing litigation papers Experience with employment litigation and general litigation Candidates must possess strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills 5+ years of litigation experience Bar admission in any US jurisdiction
