Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in tasks related to activities involving negotiations, contract documents, and other legal/regulatory proceedings with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions. Reviews contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations. Generates outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners. Maintains accurate records, coordinates and tracks incoming and outgoing documents, and manages and maintains contract/counterparty database. Position may also assist with Proforma development (including assumption validation) and complete reporting as needed. Under limited guidance, interacts with a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance.Position is expected to apply rigor, discipline, and focus in following standardized p...
