Contract CRM Coordinator (6-months)

This role is a 6-month contract role, supporting the regional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and coordinate effective CRM campaigns
• Create and build HTML email marketing campaigns on the CRM platform
• Create in-app, SMS, and app push marketing campaigns on the CRM platform
• Engage and collaborate effectively with local marketing teams and cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Data, Product Marketing, Engineering) to design and execute effective customer journeys across all CRM channels
• Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
• Keep abreast of industry and competitive CRM trends to identify and develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
