Adding a Data Scientist to the team to translate existing diagrams, documentation, and domain-specific terminology into AI-readable and searchable data. This role would analyze visual assets and internal knowledge structures, then standardize and map concepts so AI systems can understand context, relationships, and synonyms across the organization.

For example, the Data Scientist would ensure that terms like 'Scarlet' are correctly associated with 'Scarlet Lady' (the ship) so internal AI search tools return accurate results even when users search using partial or informal language.
