Job Description

Overview

  • Responsible in the overall contract administration, including preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with contractors and other relevant duties.
  • Providing quantity surveying support, including cost estimating, cost control, and contract valuation
  • Monitoring and reporting on project budgets, expenses, and variations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly progress claims and payment certificates
  • Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and clients to resolve contractual issues.
  • To assist in the finalization of accounts for project contract.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and administering construction contracts and subcontracts
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
