Contract Management

Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Collaborate with legal and procurement team to ensure contracts are well structured.

Quantity Surveying

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction project.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify quantities and materials required.

Cost Control

Monitor project cost throughout the lifecycle, comparing actual expenses against budgeted amount.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies.

Documentation

Maintain organize and up-to-date contract and project documentation.

Stakeholder communication

Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication and coordination.
