Summary:We're looking for a detail-oriented Contract Fulfillment Administrator to manage client orders, RMAs, and service work orders. This role ensures smooth processing, accurate documentation, and clear communication between teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Enter and manage sales orders in an ERP system for clients and partner companies.

  • Complete required forms and verify order details for accuracy.

  • Review orders submitted by other branches to ensure proper approvals and documentation.

  • Communicate with sales and client relations teams for pricing, part numbers, and billing confirmations.

  • Update and edit orders as needed based on changes or requests.
