Reporting: Head- Legal & Compliance

Qualification & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree from a recognized law school, with 2 - 5 yrs of relevant experience


Role Summary


The Consultant will support the Central Legal team by providing legal assistance across multiple business verticals including Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Corporate Functions and other group businesses. The role requires strong expertise in commercial contracts, be-spoke agreements, risk identification and stakeholder management within a financial services environment.
