Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist - Contracts & LegalTech
Are you a contracts leader who thrives at the intersection of law, technology, and scale?
A leading global e-commerce company has partnered with Elevate and is seeking a highly experienced CLM Specialist to fulfil a 6-month contract role , driving complex commercial contracting, CLM transformation, and legal operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A highly competitive monthly compensation of INR 3,00,000–4,50,000 is on offer for a high-calibre professional who brings the right skills and expertise to deliver on this project.
The Role
As a senior member of the legal team, you will own end-to-end contract lifecycle management, lead high-value negotiations, and champion LegalTech adoption to support scalable global operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of legal and contract lifecycle management experience.
- Deep expertise in commercial contracts, SaaS, IT, cloud, and technology services
- Proven experience with CLM tools, contract automation, abstraction, and migration
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives
- Experience integrating legal workflows with platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign, HubSpot, or similar
- Demonstrated leadership in Legal Operations and LegalTech transformation
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Nice to Have
- Experience working in high-growth tech or e-commerce environments
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled contract review and automation
- Prior involvement in large-scale digital or cloud services agreements
