As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and managing the daily administrative tasks within the warehouse. You will work closely with both management and the operational team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.



**How you create impact**



+ Inbound administration including daily planning, order checking, claim registration, stock/inventory management and monitoring of incoming trucks;

+ Outbound administration including transport planning and booking, documentation handling, order adjustments and invoicing;

+ Customs handling (Both In- and Outbound);

+ Managing various WMS systems;
