We are looking for a Contract Assistant to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba/SP, reporting to the Sales Manager NWC, you will have the following activities:
Roles and responsibilities:
Contribute to the administration and control of contracts, carrying out analyses and monitoring the execution of volumes, with direct and daily contact with customers, and supporting areas in the development of regular activities.
Participate in analyses and other studies related to the planning part, collecting various data and information, such as delivery times, raw materials , financial aspects and technical specifications.
Carry out after-sales monitoring, checking all information with the customer and the logistics, financial, industrial and purchasing areas to support internal decisions in the continuous improvement of the services provided.
