Job Description

  • Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and commercial contracting.
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree.
  • Location: Pune
  • Technical Know -How:  Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, Change Orders, Addendums, NDAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs). 

    • Job Summary: The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
