Job Description
Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and commercial contracting.
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree.
Location: Pune
Technical Know -How: Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, Change Orders, Addendums, NDAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
