Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift; Full Onsite
Location: Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accruals and related payments in line with financial policies.
- Manage customer contracts, ensuring timely receipt, proper documentation, and required approvals.
- Oversee contract-related invoicing, including invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, to meet agreed customer timelines.
- Support SOX compliance and audit requirements by maintaining controls, documentation, and audit evidence.
- Partner with OTC teams to reduce aged receivables, investigate overdue balances, and support timely payments and customer dispute resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
