BAM FM is recruiting a Contract Manager to join our FM team based in Scotland. The Contract Manager will manage operational delivery across a number of contracts within Central Scotland, develop strong client relationships to support contract retention and growth, along with managing a team of static and mobile delivery.  The role is based out of our offices in Kilsyth.

You will-be responsible for the management and co-ordination of all FM services required by the contract which predominantly includes M&E services, building fabric, caretaker duties and cleaning. The role also requires the management of third-party subcontractors.
