We are seeking a Contract Manager in the department Global Procurement with a strong understanding of EPC(M) contracts and commercial management.

Role and Impact

Your role will be crucial in identifying, mitigating, and managing contractual risks from project initiation to final completion of internal CAPEX projects for various expansions or new builds of our own facilities, external EPCM, i.e. modular (petro)chemical plants for our clients or itemized technology projects. You will be responsible for the professional commercial and contractual structure of these projects and to ensure that the client conditions are properly reflected in the procurement contracts.
