Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the contract management team and oversee the full contract lifecycle from tender to close-out.
  • Manage and optimise contract-related budgets, ensuring profit and loss targets are achieved.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Drive risk mitigation, change order management, and service-level compliance.
  • Prepare accurate reports on contract performance and financial outcomes.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in QS / engineering / construction management, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
