Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the contract management team and oversee the full contract lifecycle from tender to close-out.Manage and optimise contract-related budgets, ensuring profit and loss targets are achieved.Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and timely resolution of issues.Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.Drive risk mitigation, change order management, and service-level compliance.Prepare accurate reports on contract performance and financial outcomes.
