Role Overview

Our client is a BCA-registered General Builder with a strong track record across residential, commercial, and public‑sector building projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead contractual, commercial, and risk management functions across multiple projects.

This role plays a critical part in protecting project margins , managing contractual risks, and supporting project teams from award through final account .
