Contract Manager

We are looking to recruit an Contract Manager to cover key customer contracts across Northampton, Bedford, Peterborough, and surrounding areas.


  • Monday to Friday 
  • 8am to 4.30pm 
  • £50,000 per annum

    • A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.


    Key Deliverables:


  • Client engagement at all levels
  • People management
  • Managing Cleaning teams
  • KPI and standards conformance
  • Commercial performance

    • Responsibilities:


  • Overall responsibility to client budget, manage finance, and billing of contract for site
  • Overall management of full site structure
  • Produce yearly budgets and cost saving exercises
  • Pro-actively working with BN to provide innovation suggestions to client
  • Assist in KPI reporting
  • Create Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ...
