Your responsibilities as a **Contract Manager** will be:
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts with channel partners, end customers, suppliers and service providers.
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including antitrust, channel management, and product issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Create and implement risk management controls.
