Contract Manager

The Contract Manager will lead and oversee all contractual and commercial matters across multiple projects, from pre-contract tendering through post-award execution and final account settlement. This role plays a strategic part in commercial risk management, cost control, contract administration and stakeholder negotiation , ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Manage contract and commercial matters for high-impact industrial projects, including Data Centers, Semiconductor and FMCG sectors, supported by strong technical capabilities.

Oversee preparation, review and negotiation of main contracts, subcontracts, LOA and commercial terms.

Manage tendering processes including cost estimates, BOQ, value engineering and commercial submissions.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing, variations and claims.
