Job Title: Contract Manager

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

+ Support client's Procurement team’s objectives by negotiating, executing,
+ negotiating, and managing commercial contracts for the acquisition of technology related products and services
+ Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in the area of technology across different product categories.
+ Experience with cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI) terms negotiations is a bonus
+ Lead negotiations on contract modifications with stakeholder input
+ Assist internal stakeholders with contractual matters, requirements, risk management, and mitigation strategies
