• Ownership of team meetings and field-based leadership, ensuring teams are well resourced, trained and developed.
• Operational excellence across dispatch times, resourcing, scheduling jobs and handling emergencies.
• Ensuring asset and driver utilisation is at optimum level, high level accuracy with customer expectation and lead times met.
