Role: Oracle Functional resource with HCM

Location Offshore Remote (India)

Duration 1+yr



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including but not limited to:
  • Core HR (Global HR)
  • Workforce Structures
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Talent Management (OTL, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning)
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs using standard Oracle functionality.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and configuration workbooks.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts).
