Role: Oracle Functional resource with HCM
Location Offshore Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including but not limited to:
Core HR (Global HR)
Workforce Structures
Payroll
Absence Management
Talent Management (OTL, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs using standard Oracle functionality.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and configuration workbooks.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts).
Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
