As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders.
  • Managing CSA(Contractual Service Agreement) / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia, owning the end-to-end process, financial accountability.
  • Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeps customer informed, and negotiates changes.
  • Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
  • Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

  • Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
