Responsibilities
- Ensure enrolment records and information on courses offered are updated in the systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni mailing list for graduates.
- Work with the communications team to engage alumni through various platforms, promote alumni activities.
- Organise and manage admission, outreach, and networking activities relating to the undergraduate and graduate programmes.
- Assist in reviewing and streamlining processes for optimal efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- With 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply for entry-level positions.
