Responsibilities

  1. Ensure enrolment records and information on courses offered are updated in the systems.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni mailing list for graduates.
  3. Work with the communications team to engage alumni through various platforms, promote alumni activities.
  4. Organise and manage admission, outreach, and networking activities relating to the undergraduate and graduate programmes.
  5. Assist in reviewing and streamlining processes for optimal efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  6. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  2. With 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply for entry-level positions.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
