ROLE:Project Manager
LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany
SALARY: Negotiable
DURATION: 1 year rolling contract
Job Tasks:
•Project management for laboratory/office expansion
•Representing the division
•Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
•Responsible for workplace strategy
•Interface between broker/CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
•Business development/strategic planning
•Financial planning
Your Profile:
•Senior project manager
•Experience in change management
•Nice to have: project development in the real estate sector and in the semiconductor sector
•Engineering knowledge is an advantage
•Strong communication skills, also on C-Level
•Self-confident demeanour
•German/English fluency
