Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Recruiter/ TA specialist who can join us as a Direct contractor for 6 months and later may be converted to a Full time employee based on Performance.
Must have skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end to end recruiting from understanding the requirement to onboarding
- Experience in hiring for ERP consulting roles like Oracle, SAP etc.
- Must be well versed with the candidate market and have a good active network of candidates
- Must be an expert at Head hunting from target companies
- Must have worked with some AI tools in recruitment
- Must know job portals, Linkedin recruiter thoroughly
- Stakeholder management and proactive approach
- Ms Excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot tables and basic formulas
- Experience in hiring for Onsite to AMEA region (gulf countries) is good to have
