Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Recruiter/ TA specialist who can join us as a Direct contractor for 6 months and later may be converted to a Full time employee based on Performance.
Must have skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in end to end recruiting from understanding the requirement to onboarding
Experience in hiring for ERP consulting roles like Oracle, SAP etc.
Must be well versed with the candidate market and have a good active network of candidates
Must be an expert at Head hunting from target companies
Must have worked with some AI tools in recruitment
Must know job portals, Linkedin recruiter thoroughly
Stakeholder management and proactive approach
Ms Excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot tables and basic formulas
Experience in hiring for Onsite to AMEA region (gulf countries) is good to have
Job Location - Makarba area, SG road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work mode - Hybrid (Mon-Fri)
