If youve got the field-smarts to talk shop with HVAC techs and the organizational skills to keep our VP of Ops happy, we want to meet you. The Role in a Nutshell Youll be the go-to person for finding, hiring, and onboarding the skilled labor that keeps our projects moving. Youll partner directly with our Area Managers to make sure we have the right people in the right places at the right time. What Youll Be Doing Every Day The Hunt: Sourcing and interviewing talent for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical roles. Youll be posting ads, testing applicants, and vetting the best of the best.
