Responsibilities
✅ Key Responsibilities--
- Act as the Contract SME and first point of contact for business functions during contracting lifecycle.
- Evaluate contractual risks and recommend controls for Information Security and compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments for new/existing clients and drive process improvements.
- Review legal documents with quick turnaround and minimal escalation.
- Train teams on unique risks and ensure compliance requirements are embedded in contracts.
- Lead HCLTech’s Contract Risk Program to reduce client-side risks.
✅ Core Competencies--
- Must have (knowledge of at least one of the below domains) – 1. AI: a) AI Governance & Risk Frameworks, b) AI Technical Literacy (must understand models, training data, etc), c) AI risk assessments across people–process–tech for AI initiatives, d) Understand Ethical A...
