Overview
***** This position is contingent upon contract award *****
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified **Contract Service Manager (CSM)** to join our team in support of our government customer on site in **Wiesbaden, Germany** . The CSM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract and shall be available between the hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies. This position requires access to NIPRNet.
Essential Job Duties
+ Be the primary point of contact for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at each location.
+ Maintain organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
+ Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations, to gather information and ensure contract alignment with business needs.
+ Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks.
+ Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and legal requirements.
+ Ensure a responsive staffing plan is available and maintained to respond to surge or unexplained absences.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements
+ Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, contract management, contract administration, international relations, or a related field.
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience as a project or contract manager with supervisory duties.
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience as contract manager in Europe managing a contract for a DoD agency.
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ recent (within 10 years) experience overseeing contract employees in different European countries.
+ Shall be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
+ Shall fluently speak, read, and write English at the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale, Level 5 standard.
+ Capable of being fully trained on IACS registration operations and services and if required, able to augment IACS registrars by stepping in during manning shortfalls.
