AMI Contract Lead
Experience, Key Skills & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of professional experience specializing in legal and contractual support within the Infrastructure, Power, or Energy sectors (AMI/Smart Metering experience preferred).
- Expertise in drafting, vetting, and negotiating high-value contracts, including tender documents, Joint Venture/Consortium agreements, MOUs, and complex specifications for utility projects.
- Lead contract interpretation and analysis, providing standard terms for purchase orders, subcontracts, and flow-down conditions to ensure business protection and compliance.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution, handling claims, charges, and labor-related matters independently or in coordination with external counsels.
- Provide cross-functional legal support
