Job Description

OCS Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to HRIS and Finance ERP systems. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, support system implementations, and drive process improvements. This is a 6-month contract role based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with HR and Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and Finance ERP solutions.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with clear As-Is and To-Be process flows.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and ensure data is stored in an accessible and structured manner.
  • Define and maintain role-based access and security controls.
  • Design, plan, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
