About the Role
£35,000 Basic Salary + Van + 10% Bonus + Benefits AM SHIFT Week 1 - Tuesday - Friday / Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 40.75 hours per week Relocation package available for the right person Based at Southend-on-SeaWhat will I be doing?
You will:
Supervise daily site operations Ensure rotas are up to date and sites are fully staffed Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding site performance, issues and improvements Work collaboratively with the second supervisor to ensure consistent standards Ensure incidents/ near misses are being recorded What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a good working practice and be able to make decisions accordingly...
