Directly interacting with the global client base to manage their margin, cash, and collateral settlements and inquiries Knowledge of the CFTC regulations, NFA, JAC Margin Handbook and CCP rulebooks for FCM clearing operations of settling margin, collateral, and protection customer collateral regulations with a focus on Part 22 LSOC regulations, specifically mutualization of risk. Understanding cash wire, securities movements, and related control processes incorporated into the settlement of client and CCP facing margin. This also includes monitoring account cash and security balances, reconciling bank transactions, pledging cash and securities on various exchanges, notifying clients of margin obligations, executing client funding transaction requests, monitoring accruals and other interest receivables and payments.
