Reporting to the SOW Writers Team Manager within the Professional Services WCX Americas Organization, you will be an integral part of the WCX Americas SOW Writers Team. You will facilitate NICE Professional Services Statement of Work (SOW) creation for the Sales and Services organizations prior to order generation. You will ensure SOW consistency and accuracy for the Professional Services delivery teams, obtaining necessary approvals for non-standard offerings, coordinate with key organizational stakeholders, lead and facilitate SOW negotiations with our Customers.
