A **Contracts Manager** is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of an organization's contracts acting as a fiduciary ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and maximizing financial and operational performance. This role requires a blend of knowledge on contracts language, business acumen, and strong project management skills. Legal knowledge although not mandatory is beneficial.
