Weighbridge Officer

• $37.08 per hour casual rate
• Rotating roster, day, afternoon and night shifts
• Weekend work required
• Wetherill Park location
• Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to perform a casual role in Wetherill Park.
The successful candidate will have a flexible timetable and be able to fulfil full time hours over a rotating roster 7 days per week, including evenings.

Responsibilities will include:

• Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets;
• Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face;
• Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation;
• Monthly account reconciliation; and Completion of on boarding and inductions.

Skills and experience will include:

• Prior experience working in a customer focused role;
• General administrative skills such as data entry;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• A friendly, customer focused attitude;
• Previous experience with cash handling;
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as excel.
