To be successful you must have the following

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• Demonstrated experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction sector
• Sound understanding of contract administration, including scopes of work, progress claims and variations
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
