Our healthcare client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to serve as a strategic business partner to Health Applications leadership, driving vendor management and commercial governance for a portfolio of health applications vendors, including EHR (Epic preferred), integrated clinical applications, interoperability-related services, and managed application services providers.
Key responsibilities include:
• • Structure, negotiate, and manage contract vehicles including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, and BAAs, ensuring appropriate protections for healthcare compliance (HIPAA/HITECH), data privacy and security requirements, and clear downstream vendor obligations (including flow-down terms for subcontractors).
