Job Description

e are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with hands-on custom residential construction experience .

This is a construction-first administrative role. You will take ownership of contracts, variations, document control, compliance, and backend construction systems across multiple bespoke residential projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running tasks and processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract administration (contracts, variations, registers, document control)
  • Management of variation registers and supporting documentation
  • Administrative cost tracking support
  • Coordination with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Management of WHS and compliance documentation
  • CRM management for sales and construction pipelines
  • Backend filing, document control, and archiving
