This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq
Looking for a dynamic individual to support managing moderately complex contracts. Will be responsible for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating change orders, reviewing and submitting contract deliverables, guiding customer change requests, and overseeing all contract administration tasks associated with assigned contract(s). Provides knowledge to the team in government regulations and is the initial and primary point of contact for all contractual communications with the customer, e.g. government agencies, DCMA, DCAA and commercial entities for assigned programs. Under the direction of their supervisor, ensures contracts are in compliance with contract requirements, corporate policies and directives, legal decisions and opinions, and all FAR and agency specific guidelines.
